(2) Environmental Responsibility

Reducing Hendecagon Group's Operational Carbon Emissions

Reducing operational emissions by 50% or more by 2030 is an ambitious goal, but with a strategic approach, we hope to achieve it.

  • Conducting a Carbon Emissions Audit: A carbon footprint assessment of all our operations has been carried out. This audit serves as the baseline for setting reduction targets and tracking progress.
  • Setting Clear Targets: Based on the audit findings, we established specific, measurable, and time-bound targets for emission reductions. This includes aiming for a certain percentage reduction each year leading up to 2030.
  • Promoting Remote Work: Given that Hendecagon Group operates with remote staff, we continue to encourage and support remote work arrangements. This reduces the need for commuting, resulting in lower carbon emissions from transportation.
  • Practising Green Procurement: We prioritise products with minimal packaging, recyclable materials, and low carbon footprints throughout their life cycle.
  • Employee Engagement and Training: We conduct regular training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about carbon emissions and sustainable practices. We encourage employees to contribute ideas for reducing emissions in their daily work routines.
  • Monitoring and Reporting Progress: We implemented a robust monitoring and reporting system to track progress towards emission reduction targets. We regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and celebrate milestones achieved along the way.

By taking these actions, Hendecagon Group significantly reduces its operational carbon emissions while demonstrating leadership in corporate sustainability.

(3) Financial Responsibility

We make strategic investments into programs and initiatives that further sustainable development in line with the UN SDGs.
